As a nationally certified, American Council on Exercise personal trainer for over 10 years, I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities. My goal as a trainer is to help and assist you to meet your health goals. This may come in the form of injury or operation recovery and rehabilitation, improved balance and flexibility, strength and endurance or a combination of all. My training sessions can take many forms, depending on individual needs and abilities.

I have worked with clients having joint replacements, MS, Parkinson's, blindness, stroke recovery, breast cancer, hip replacement and multiple physical concerns.

My continuing certifications allow me to work with and improve the physicality of any body type and concerns. Sessions will start with evaluation and finding your starting point. Programs will evolve as your progress evolves. Everyone is different. We work together to meet your goals.
